Dispatch and returns

Dispatch of your package

Packages are generally shipped (warning shipped does not mean received) within 2 working days after receipt of payment to which are added any Post Office delays or those of Mondial Relay which are beyond our control.  

They are dispatched via Colissimo or Mondial Relay with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Whatever shipping method is chosen, we’ll send you a link to track your package online (we cannot be held responsible for delays by post or Mondial Relay)

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whilst transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

For returns: We will be grateful if you can return (at your expense) any unworn products, with all their labels within 14 days of receipt and in secure packaging (i.e. with at least one tracking number) to:
